Residences by Armani Casa

Residences by Armani Casa was co-developed by Dezer Development and Related Group and co-designed by world-class architect Cesar Pelli and world-renowned fashion designer Giorgio Armani. Cesar Pelli designed the building and floor plans of Residences by Armani Casa while Giorgio Armani designed its amenities, common area spaces, and residences. Residences by Armani Casa is a 56-story building rising 649 feet high. It offers views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and city skyline. Completed in Q4 2019, Residences by Armani Casa has 308 condo residences comprised of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,358 to 6,138 interior square feet (see Residences by Armani Casa floor plans below).
