I am a licensed real estate broker with Florida License #3506956, and I lead MC Miami Realty LLC, a boutique brokerage on Miami’s Gold Coast. For more than 15 years I have negotiated oceanfront residences in Bal Harbour, Surfside, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami Beach, Bay Harbor Islands, Golden Beach and Aventura.

I work in English, Spanish and Portuguese with clients relocating from New York, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Spain and the Middle East — most of them buying through an LLC or a trust, and all of them expecting the same discretion they expect from the doorman.

Oceana Bal Harbour is the building I know best

Oceana, at 10201 and 10203 Collins Avenue, is two 28-story towers with 240 oceanfront residences, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Piero Lissoni. Flow-through layouts, private elevator foyers, and terraces that take the Atlantic in the morning and the Intracoastal at night.

Very few agents have transacted across enough of Oceana’s stacks to price it properly. I have: units 1402, 1903, 2001/2002, 1001N, 1203N, 202 and 2501 sold, rented or represented, plus a $17.5M acquisition of an unrenovated 7,442 sq ft corner residence (unit 2001) in June 2024, covered by The Real Deal and PROFILE Miami. Highest single sale of my career: $20.5M. Total closed: $556M+.

How I work

For buyers. I search across the Gold Coast including off-market inventory, prepare the condo board package, and structure the closing with your title company and bank. My leverage is that I usually sit across the table as a peer — and often as the agent who sold that same unit.

For sellers. Pricing from actual closed results in your building, not from competitors’ asking prices. Full production: cinematic photography, drone, floor plans, 3D tour, copy in English and Spanish, distribution to our buyer database and brokerage network, and weekly activity reports so you always know what happened.

For owners renting between sales. Seasonal, corporate and annual rentals at Oceana and Bal Harbour, with tenant screening, furnishing and beach-service coordination.

In pre-construction.
